Joe graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1994 with a degree in Computer Science and spent the next 21 years mastering communications for the Air Force. Along the way he earned a Master’s in Business and met his amazing bride, Francesca. They had two wonderful girls, Natasha and Jasmine. This kindhearted and talented family moved up the ranks and around the world, living in 14 different homes before retiring in San Antonio. Joe has always been fascinated with real estate and earned his first real estate license in Arizona in 2004. He was later licensed in Virginia and in Texas. Over the years he learned to love buying, building, selling, leasing and managing homes. He earned a reputation for hard work, dedication to his clients, and enjoyable efficient transactions. After retiring from the Air Force, he has been able to pursue this passion full time and officially established Joe’s Dream Homes, Inc. in 2015. Francesca was born in Italy and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude in Biology.  She then earned her Real Estate License in 2019 and has worked along side Joe ever since.  Her meticulous attention to detail has elevated the company’s performance and continues to ensure smooth, efficient and error-free transactions.
